STAFFER Final Conference
These four years of STAFFER have been an absolutely incredible and enriching experience!
Our final conference in Brussels on the 24th of October was a huge success! We laid the foundation for what needs to be changed in the rail sector and what we can expect in the future. The road has been carefully paved with the crucial data the industry needed to act accordingly, and we couldn't be more excited to see what the future holds! We are now ready to start implementing the strategies crafted during this Blueprint project! The way has also been paved for the development of similar projects and maybe for the creation of a 'Railway Erasmus', 'National rail curriculums', and for the creation of initiatives destined to support, encourage, and mentor underrepresented groups in the industry, as some of the recommendations laid out. This is an amazing opportunity for positive change in the rail sector!
We'd like to thank all participants and all STAFFER partners for their amazing cooperation, support and input throughout these four years. It's been a great journey!
We've had the pleasure of working with STAFFER's passionate stakeholders, who have come up with some incredible potential solutions and had really productive conversations about the future of the rail sector.
We can't wait to see what the future holds for STAFFER!
