The Skills You Need to Succeed in Europe’s Rail Sector

STAFFER has published an infographic outlining the skills needed in the European rail sector. The STAFFER project, funded by the European Commission, aims to identify skill gaps and assess future needs in the rail sector. The infographic highlights the skills required for railway industry, operators and infrastructure managers, such as technological skills, communication, and problem-solving, as well as big data analysis, cloud-based signalling, and cybersecurity. The programmes developed by STAFFER will prepare young people for a successful future career.
